| Grace Virginia Spele inherited more that a few mannerisms from her father Gary. Grace is considered to be a miracle baby because Jennifer and Gary had been told repeatedlly by physicians that they would never be able to have children. Grace arrived in September of 2001. |

Jazz musicians at a jam session in Raleigh NC in April 2002. In the early 1900’s Storyville (in New Orleans) was a place were people regardless of skin color could perform on the same stage. This was virtually unheard of elsewhere in the US at the time.
